As a UX consultant, I led the creation of Moment Feed’s first mobile app, aligning user needs with business goals to deliver a streamlined MVP. Over a 4-month engagement, I managed the planning, design, and collaboration with stakeholders while overseeing two designers to ensure smooth execution.
